Wiper party leader, Kalonzo Musyoka was heckled in Makueni county and forced to cut short his tour of the area.

The NASA coalition running mate candidate, was in the area campaigning for himself and his party’s candidates.

Things quickly went south when Kalonzo endorsed Wiper candidate for Kaiti parliamentary seat, Joshua Kimilu but was booed off the stage by People’s Trust Party candidate supporters.

The residents are said to have chanted People’s party candidate, Joseph Kioko’s name. The chants got louder when Musyoka failed to acknowledge People’s Party and Muungano party as part of NASA.

Retired Chief of General Staff Jeremiah Kianga has asked Wiper party leader, Kalonzo Musyoka to stop lying about his being sacked by former President Mwai Kibaki.

Kalonzo, claimed that Kianga was forced to resign as a ploy to deter him from ascending to power.

The NASA running mate candidate while speaking in Mbooni asked Kianga to abandon the ruling party, Jubilee. He asked him to join NASA instead and become a Cabinet Secretary in his government.

Kianga on Wednesday rubbished the claims saying he served two more years as Chief of Defense Forces after the end of his four-year term.

“Kalonzo said I didn’t complete my term as Chief of General Staff during Kibaki’s régime, but that is not correct. I even served two more years in that position with the request of the then Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces,” he said during the inspection of Tawa Medical Training college by Health CS Cleopa Mailu.

In regard to joining the Raila Odinga led camp, Jeremiah told off Mr Musyoka saying: “Kalonzo has occasionally asked me in public to abandon Jubilee because Kibaki didn’t help him ascend to power when he was Vice President.”

“I had to tell him off because there will be more benefits in supporting the government than being in the Opposition.”

The retired Chief of Staff went ahead and campaigned for President Uhuru Kenyatta asking the residents to re-elect him if they wanted more development projects completed in the region.

Diminishing returns

Face the Age Facts : Jomo Kenyatta was a strong man, but age caught up with him, and the cartels around him messed up several things in the final days. Baba Moi was the typical African Strongman. For 24 years, he strode the country like a colossus. But, nature took its course, and he is rarely seen in public. Baba Moi served Kenyans, and is now happily retired. Mwai Kibaki was one of the Country’s top brains. He transformed Kenya into an economic power house in 10 years. After his great service to the country, and Mzee Kibaki is enjoying his retirement.
Mzee Raila has also made his contribution to Kenya. Children born in 1982 when he first attempted to take the Presidency are now 35 years old, and are eligible to run for Presidency. For all his service and disservice, he has made a mark. All his age mates are long retired, and relaxing at home
In Economics, there is a term called Diminishing Returns. When something goes beyond its productive stage, it starts giving negative returns.
Age should be respected, Grey Hair is usually adored and honored. Problem is when old men decide to dye hair, dress like teenagers and start struggling with young people – they usually get bruised.
Generation Change took place in Kenya. The mantle was handed out to the Joshua Generation in 2013 and the Moses Generation went to rest. It’s that simple. Nothing can change that.

Dear Raila supporter

Now that your candidate has “convinced” you that the presidential election is already rigged in Uhuru’s favor, why on earth will you be voting for the position on August 8th? Will it be:

1. Because (deep down) you know that no elections has been rigged in anyone’s favor and that your noise is a way to cover up an assured loss?

Or

2. You actually believe the election has been rigged in Uhuru’s favor and your participation will be a mere formality?

Or

3. You have no idea, as is expected?

Let’s have a sober discourse. And thanks in advance for sticking to the question.

Woes on supermarkets

First, When President Uhuru took over power, he declared war on lots of underworld business in Kenya.
As a result, you should not be surprised to see all the major Tenderprenuers moving to Raila, and heavily financing him. Its not easy for the mega corrupt under Uhuru, otherwise the corruption barons would not waste their cash on funding Raila.
Second, President Uhuru hit the drug Barons real hard. Life has been extra hard for Drug Barons under Uhuru. That is why all Drug Barons shifted allegiance to Raila and are vigorously funding him.
Third, a key pillar in the drug business had been using the supermarket to “clean” his/her drug money. That is why the supermarket always had abundance.
But under Uhuru, it has been extremely difficult to “clean” money….. And inevitably the supermarket started crumbling. The crumbling has nothing to do with the state of the economy, but disruption of the underworld business by President Uhuru.
Ask yourself why all the bad guys are running from Uhuru, and why some businesses associated with the barons are all struggling right from the Coast to Kisumu? Ponder on this as you go to sleep.
